Silverado High School

Silverado High School is a fully-accredited, alternative continuation high school located in Mission Viejo, California. We serve the Saddleback Valley with a peak enrollment of 350 students in grades 9 - 12. A variety of classes are offered to assist students in making up credit deficits and allow them to find the style of learning that will increase their success in school. The daily program of instruction accommodates individual needs yet adheres to the rigorous Saddleback Valley Unified School District curriculum adopted by the secondary schools.

Silverado is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

School begins at 10:00am (late start) on the first day (August 31) and ends at the usual time of 1:04pm.

2015 Eagle Landing Registration
Returning students must attend registration either
August 19 or 20. Please bring completed registration packet if you have not already returned it to the office.

Parents - Did you know you can have your student's cell phone turned off during school hours? Check with your phone company for more information. Phone usage during class time is prohibited.

Morning Drop offs in the Silverado Parking Lot
The drop off zone is immediately in front of the white fence. This is the safest place to drop off students. Please do not stop in driveways or in areas that impede the flow of traffic!

  • June 29 - Summer School classes begin at 7:45a.m. at Trabuco Hills HS

  • August 19 & 20, 8:00a.m.-12:00 noon - Eagle Landing Registration for returning students

  • August 25, 1:30p.m. - Orientation for new students and their parents

  • August 31 - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

  • August 31 - Make-up orientation for new students and parents (start school September 1)
